How flexible and user friendly is your campaign module?
The RR Enterprises Subscriber Management System has a unique software architecture that provides total flexibility in the handling of marketing campaigns, unlimited services, rate schedules and packages.
Combined with the incredible functionality of the RR Subscriber Management System, we offer a Marketing Campaign module that is simply outstanding! It completely controls the processing of subscribers who elect to receive cable, Pay Per View or Internet service as the result of a marketing campaign (promotion). It will support both fixed and variable length campaigns in whatever combinations are desired. The System will automatically track and report on any campaign. It will automatically give any customer signing-up any current promo they qualify for, and the Customer Service Representative does not have to remember or consult anything about the campaign, the System does it for them! Of course, the CSRs have the ability to offer any campaign for which the subscriber qualifies.
Should a CSR desire details about a specific campaign, Help screens are readily available which will give the CSR the details of any campaign, including scripting help on how to sell the campaign to the subscriber.
Total Flexibility -The RR Enterprise’s Marketing module is extremely flexible, enabling you to tailor a marketing campaign that is just right for your targeted subscriber group.
Here are just a few examples of the different type of campaigns you can create:
Fixed price campaigns, campaigns on packages, PPV Campaigns, discounts on monthly rental charges, installation campaigns, cross promotions where you can offer incentives such as one month of free premium service or free PPV movies if you subscribe to another premium service, free gifts for subscribing to a particular premium service, advance payment promotions, free service for a period of time for subscribing to a particular PPV Event, free PPV movies for subscribing to a Digital Equipment package, free PPV movie for subscribing to a particular package of services, subscribe to digital services and receive a free modem installation, and many more.
One of the features of our software is the ability to load potential subscribers and / or units into the database. It is possible to build a database including all apartments in a specific apartment building, whether active or not, without the need to create phantom subscribers, as in competitive systems that only utilize a subscriber database.
The Additional Subscriber Information Program provides input fields to capture demographic and service related information for potential subscribers and units. When setting up the tables on the system, the user has access to ten tables and four, free-format fields to capture whatever information is desired to be recorded about the subscriber. There is also the same number of fields available for the Unit information. Listings may be produced by code values.
What telemarketing features are available?
One of the features of our software is the ability to load potential subscribers and / or units into the database. It is possible to build a database including all apartments in a specific apartment building, whether active or not, without the need to create phantom subscribers, as in competitive systems that only utilize a subscriber database.
There are two ways to capture information about the subscriber or unit, the Telephone Log program or via the Additional Subscriber Information Program.
The Telephone Log tracks all calls received by user defined reasons or sub reasons. A report or on-line list may be produced by reasons, sub reasons, date range, users and levels.
The Additional Subscriber Information Program provides input fields to capture demographic and service related information for potential subscribers and units. When setting up the tables on the system, the user has access to ten tables and four, free-format fields to capture whatever information is desired to be recorded about the subscriber. There are also the same number of fields available for the Unit information. Listings may be produced by code values.
Based on the constants and tables established, the System will calculate all applicable commissions for both inside and outside telemarketers. Every two weeks, the commission system will calculate commissions based on subscriber activity.
Typically, there is some customisation required to this module for each customer.
Package, cross service bundles, promotions, multiple discounts, and a la carte flexibility The Packaging of multiple services is extremely easy to create on the RR System. Pricing may be fixed or variable. The System can automatically qualify subscribers and assign the best package based on their services, or Users may select from a list of services. Variations of packages are easily created by changing different parameters such as pricing, the number of qualified services and credit history codes. You may create your variations one at a time, and/or create them in mass. You can specify a range of picks and discount variation to go with each and several variations will be created at once.
Packages can be pre-formatted, so the CSR simply selects the package and the work order is automatically populated with the different services within the package. Now you can promote a number of different packages and the CSR simply has to select the specific package and the System does the rest.
There are numerous options available in the ‘Pick & Pay‘ area. As an example, the subscriber can simply pick a specific number of a la carte services within an offering and that becomes a package at a special price. Another option would be for the subscriber to pick a certain number of services from one list, and that entitles the subscriber to a discount on services from another list.
Can the system flag customer’s accounts to sort in batches to allow for intelligent inserts in invoices?
Yes, the RR System has this capability to handle up to 10 different hoppers.
How many different services can the RR System accommodate?
The RR System is unlike any other SMS in the world in that the cable operator can create an unlimited number of services on the system, then decide on what services will be available to a particular community. It does not matter whether video, data or VoIP services are being offered. HBO, for example, will be charged at a completely different rate than Internet services. The RR System will recognize the service and automatically access the correct rate schedule for that service in that community.
From the CSR’s perspective, they only have to be concerned about adding the services desired by the subscriber to the work order. The system will automatically charge and calculate the correct amount. There is no need to create separate work orders for completely different services.
One of the major benefits of our rate schedule program is the ease of creating and maintaining rate schedules as rates increase or taxes change. There is a ‘divisional default rate schedule’ for every different rate schedule. If a community within a division has a different rate, then only that community’s rate schedule is required to be changed, not all the communities.
Compare this to all of our major competitors where every different price offered in every town must have a separate service code. This is extremely cumbersome and time consuming when the cost of services or taxes changes.
How Can I Pay My Programmers? All the complexity involved with paying your program suppliers in dealing with services, services in packages, services and/or packages on campaigns, the different Divisions & Communities, all this is taken into account in our new TV Costing module, AND you get it all summed up in one report!
The TV Costs program is defined by division, community, rate schedule, service and outlet breakdown and will also track the counts by package and campaign benefits as well as levels. The system will keep track of how and when the service is added to a subscriber. For example, it will track if the service is being added through campaigns, whether it is a free time offer or a regular discount of the service. TV Costs may be set up as a flat fee, or a percentage based on penetration. Penetration may be based on total subscribers, or digital subscribers only, or no penetration at all. A complete set of reports is generated.
What About Paying Commissions? Commissions is a program whereby you are able to define different parameters to Pay Marketing Representatives. The commission program is driven by completed work orders. Commissions are calculated and paid based on information provided by completed work orders, PAC or credit card enrollment. Commissions may be paid based on the following items: Flat fee (Salary), Percentage of monthly rental of the service, Percentage of the installation charge, Percentage of PAC subscribers and Credit Card subscribers, Percentage of Purchases and Percentage of security deposits.
With regards to the Percentages paid you are also able to break out the number of payments to be paid to the representatives. For example, you are able to define whether to pay 100% all at once, or you can break out the payment to pay 50% at the completion of the work order, then after the first 30 days pay another 25% and then a final payment of 25% after 60 days. Breaking out the payments controls the amount paid based on the length of time a subscriber keeps the service. A number of summary and detailed reports are created.
